Public Information Requests
Lubbock-Cooper ISD, a local government entity, is subject to the requirements of the Texas Public Information Act. Only written requests trigger a governmental body's obligations under the Texas Public Information Act. Requests must be addressed to the Department of Public Information in order to trigger obligation under the Texas Public Information Act.
