As we near the end of the school year, remember that all students planning to participate in 6th grade pre-athletics, all 7th-12th grade athletes, and all 9th-12th grade marching band members MUST have a new physical on file to participate in these activities in the 2023-24 school year! Physicals must be dated after April 1, 2023 to be valid for the 2023-24 school year. If you have questions, please email iwimberly@lcisd.net.

Congratulations to our incredible SkillsUSA team on their success at STATE! Cohen Laws took FIRST in Construction Trades Tool ID, and Kyler Ball took THIRD in Construction Materials ID! All LCHS competitors received superior ratings on their projects - blue ribbons all around! 🏅

Congratulations to 5A Powerlifting STATE CHAMPION Jaileel Ross, who broke the State deadlift record with 750 lbs and the State total weight record with 1,845 lbs! Congratulations to the incredible LCHS Robotics team, coached by Ms. Candice Mallory and Ms. Dawn Osterhoudt, for their SECOND PLACE WIN in the UIL 5A STATE ROBOTICS COMPETITION! Their season is historic - this is the first time an LCISD Robotics team has advanced this far! 🏅
LCHS Winterguard wrapped up their season with a 🏅FIRST PLACE🏅 win at the NTCA Regional A Championships!
Congratulations to the LCHS FBLA members who won FIRST PLACE at the State Leadership Conference, Phillip Cleveland (Graphic Design) and Haley Reyes (Client Service)! They have qualified for the NATIONAL Conference, and will compete again this summer!
