Residents of Other School Districts LCISD will accept a limited number of transfer students who reside out-of-district for the 2024-25 school year. Pre-k Students LCISD pre-k is open only to students who qualify based on a Board-approved set of eligbility requirements. Read more about LCISD pre-k eligibility on the Pre-k Information page. Please note: pre-k enrollment cannot be completed online. Parents of eligible pre-k students should report to their home campus to enroll in-person.

Foreign Exchange Students Enrollment of pre-k and foreign exchange students cannot be completed online. Please report to your home campus to enroll in-person.

Lubbock-Cooper ISD offers an online enrollment application open throughout the current school year and opening on May 1 for the next school year. Please read through the information below before beginning the online enrollment process.

Attendance Zone You will need to know your LCISD attendance zone when completing the online enrollment application process. If you are unsure, click here to view LCISD Attendance Zone Maps.

Required Documents Please be prepared to upload the following documents as part of the online enrollment process:

• Student's state-issued birth certificate

• Student's Social Security card

• Student's current immunization records

• Parent/guardian driver’s license or government-issued ID

• Proof of residency within the district in the form of a current utility bill no older than 60 days (Utility bills must include the name and date on the bill and the service address [not mailing address]. If using an LP&L bill, pages 1 and 4 will need to be provided. Other bills generally provide all necessary information on page 1. If there are no utility bills to provide due to renting, a lease agreement may be accepted.)

• Previous school records for high school students, if available.  

• Withdrawal paperwork if student is coming from another school district. (Withdrawal paperwork is not required if enrolling over the summer for the start of a new school year.)

  Possible Additional Documents

• Any legal orders or other legal documentation in place and/or associated with your child 

• If the student is living with someone other than their legal parent/guardian, additional notarized paperwork will be requested and required by the district

Email Address An email address is required to complete the online enrollment process. There are many free email account options available to you. For help creating a free Google email account, click here.

Other Situations Do any of the following situations apply to you?

• You are enrolling a student who has previously attended LCISD, withdrew, and is now returning.

• You have a child currently enrolled in LCISD, and you are now enrolling an additional student.

• You had a child previously attend LCISD, and you are now enrolling a different student.

If so, your LCISD Skyward Family Access Account is still active. Please click here, log in to your Skyward Family Access account, and click 'New Student Online Enrollment' on the top left to begin the enrollment process.

If you have read all of the information above and are prepared to begin the online enrollment process, please click the button below to complete the online enrollment intake form. Once you have completed the form, you will be emailed a link to the online application along with login credentials. The online application must be completed and submitted before your enrollment request to be processed.

Annual Online Registration opens for all current LCISD students prior to the start of the new school year. The completion of this process is required every year of a student's enrollment within the district. Please click HERE to complete the required online registration for your child by logging into your Skyward Family Access account and clicking on "Annual Online Registration" at the top left. You must complete Online Registration for each child enrolled in the district.
