Instructions to employee:
The Board of Trustees has granted the CFO the authority to establish a District-wide Sick Leave Pool to which employees may donate one or both of their local leave days to another Lubbock-Cooper employee who has exhausted his/her state and local leave days. Days may not be donated for any other reason.
A request to establish a Sick Leave Pool for __________________ has been received and approved by the LCISD Sick Leave Pool Governing Board.
