NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE
Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of January 2010 the Board of Trustees of the Lubbock-Cooper School District will hold a regular scheduled meeting at 7 p.m., in the Board Room of the Administration Building at 16302 Loop 493, Lubbock, Texas 79423-9530. The Subjects to be discussed are listed on the agenda which is attached to and made a part of this Notice.
If, during the course of the meeting covered by this notice the Board should determine that a closed meeting of the Board or a consultation with the Board's attorney should be or is required, then such closed meeting or consultation with attorney as authorized by Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, will be held by the Board at the date, hour, and place given in this notice or as soon after the commencement of the meeting covered by this notice as the Board may conveniently meet in such closed meeting, consult with Board's attorney, concerning any and all subjects and for any and all purposes permitted by Chapter 551, including the following:

Should any final action, final decision, or final vote be required in the opinion of the School Board with regard to any matter considered in such closed meeting, then the final action, final vote shall be either:
(a) in the open meeting covered by the Notice upon the reconvening of the public meeting of the School Board upon notice thereof; as the School Board shall determine.
(b) at a subsequent public meeting of the School Board upon notice thereof; as the School Board shall determine.
On this 15th day of January, 2010 this Notice was sent to the news media who had previously requested such Notice and an original copy was posted on the window of the Board Room in the Administration Building at 4:00 p.m. on said date.
